- The main goal of your advertisement - are you trying to sell a product? service?
- The email list to which you want to mail your ad to
- Your website, so that our designers can pull a logo, color scheme, images, etc to use in the advertisement
- Specific products or services you would like highlighted or showcased in the ad. While you can showcase more than one product, Ad-Site recommends that you focus only on one
- Any specific words, phrases or slogans you would like used in the ad
- Any specific photos, images or graphics you would like used in the ad
- Any other special instructions you have for our design team
A consultant will confirm your order and schedule your ad to be designed by our design team. Please allow a 48 business hours turnaround to have your original samples emailed to you.

For clients who are willing and able to design their own email advertisements, our email marketing experience has led us to recommend the following guidelines:

HTML v. Text - Ad-Site can send either text-only or HTML ads. Ads composed in HTML historically receive greater results than those which are text-only.

Standard HTML - Ad-Site can accept only industry standard HTML when sending with its system. Often, editors will produce proprietary code which we can not use. Additionally, Ad-Site can not send ads with JavaScript or CSS.

Dimensions - We recommend that ads be no wider nor longer than 600 pixels. This allow most recipient to view your entire ad without having to scroll.
- Load Time - Reducing the file size and quality of images referenced in your ad is important to reducing its load time. Ad-Site recommends keeping the resolution of images at 72 DPI or 80% quality and image file sizes to 80Kb (no larger than 200Kb).

Ads as Images - Many advertisers choose to send out images that act as their entire ad. We still recommend following the above dimension and load time guidelines to achieve optimum results.
